Kevin I. Asadi received his B.S. from Rutgers University School of Business in 2000 and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2003. Following law school, he had the honor of serving as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Patricia Del Bueno Cleary, J.S.C., in the Criminal Division of the Monmouth County Superior Court. As part of his clerkship, Mr. Asadi served as a mediator for the Small Claims Division of the Special Civil Part. At Zager Fuchs, Mr. Asadi concentrates in the areas of Commercial Transactions, Land Use Law, and Residential Real Estate Transactions. Mr. Asadi has been published in The Realtor Times and regularly speaks at homebuyer seminars around Monmouth County. Mr. Asadi currently has the honor of serving on the Freehold Borough Planning Board and enjoys doing volunteer work during his free time.

Mr. Asadi practices by the rule of being accessible to all of his clients, returning phone calls and emails within 24 hours and keeping clients copied on all outgoing or incoming correspondence and documents. This rule has helped Mr. Asadi build and maintain strong relationships with his clients and continue to grow his practice.
